About Us

I administer this blog on behalf of my family who own the house. We live in Shah Alam but our hometown is in Penang.

We have just started this Homestay business not too long ago.

The house is newly acquired, but were never occupied as permanent residences. They are fully furnished for convenience and comfort of our guests.

The reservation is open for rent on a daily basis, weekly or even longer. We welcome Muslim guests only.

Apart from that, we are always available to assist our valued guests on the activities to be done during the stay.

Just What Apps and we shall assist you!

Note that the rental will be for the whole house and there will be no sharing of rooms by others
Furniture and fittings in the house are for convenience of guests, must not be rearranged or taken out for any reason
The facilities are meant for domestic stay only. Business undertaking, like catering etc. are not allowed
Utilities must be used with care. Save Electricity and Water. Cooperation will be highly appreciated
NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED
The facilities are for Muslims only and items taken in shall be strictly Halal only
We have attractive rates for weekly charges and open for negotiation
Strictly NO durian, jackfruit etc.
Strictly NO SMOKING & VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE
Please put back clean and dry pots, pans, plates, glass, utensil etc.
Security deposit will not be returned if the house/ items are untidy, lost or damage
Residential Area - please keep quiet, NO illegal activity
